Information you provide directly
If you fill out a form on this site — the free visibility audit, the grader tool, a contact form, or a Neighborhood Spotlight reservation — we collect whatever you enter: typically your name, email, phone number, business name, and any message you write. This information is used only to respond to your request. We don't sell it, and we don't add it to a marketing list without your knowledge.
Information collected automatically
Like virtually every website, some technical information is logged automatically as a normal part of how the internet works:
- Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, which logs the submitting IP address as part of its built-in spam prevention. See Netlify's privacy policy.
- Hosting logs: our host, Netlify, logs visitor IP addresses server-side for standard operational and security purposes (traffic monitoring, abuse prevention) — the same as nearly any web host.
- Google Analytics 4 — we use this to understand aggregate traffic patterns (which pages get visited, how people find the site, general geographic region). Google Analytics does not tell us your name or contact you directly — see Google's privacy policy for how they handle this data.
- We do not run Facebook Pixel or any advertising retargeting pixel on this site. Analytics here is for understanding traffic, not for showing you ads elsewhere.
Third-party services this site uses
A few pages on this site load resources from outside services. When your browser requests these, the third party can see your IP address — the same as with any website using these tools:
- Google Fonts — for the typefaces used across the site.
- Leaflet.js and OpenStreetMap — power the interactive maps on our Neighborhood Spotlight pages and advertiser landing pages.
- A pageview counter on individual Neighborhood Spotlight advertiser pages, used only to report approximate visit counts back to that advertiser.

This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. Some of the third-party services above may set minimal technical cookies as part of their normal operation.
